Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Multiple Fibre Formula Derived from: Powdered Soluble Fibres: Oat Bran (contains gluten), Apple Pectin, Grapefruit Pectin, Powdered Insoluble Fibres: Flaxseed Meal, Psyllium Seed Husks, Anti-caking Agents: (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate).

Suggested use:
