Two (2) vegetable capsules provide: Powdered Psyllium Husks Fibre Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate

Suggested use:
Take two (2) vegetable capsules of Solgar Psyllium Husks Fiber 500 mg daily.
Consume the capsules with a minimum of 8 oz. of juice or liquids.
