Directions of Use
Take 1 capsule daily with food, preferably with breakfast.
For travel, begin taking the product 3–5 days before departure, continue throughout your trip and for a few days after returning home.
The capsule can also be opened and the contents mixed into a cool, non-acidic food or drink.
