Who’s it for?
• Diarrhoea: 1 to 4 capsules depending on severity. May be increased up to 6 capsules per day.
• IBS-D (diarrhoea): 1 capsule, twice a day.
• IBD: 1 capsule, three times a day.
• Candida overgrowth: gradually build up to 6 capsules a day (take separately from anti-fungals).
• Clostridium difficile: 2 capsules, twice a day during treatment. Maintenance: 1 capsule, twice a day.
• Children (diarrhoea): 1 capsule per day – may be increased up to 3 capsules.

How does it work?
• S. boulardii has a “sticky” outer membrane which attaches to harmful bacteria such as E. coli and helps to remove them from the body.
• This strain crowds out harmful yeasts such as Candida albicans as well as producing natural anti fungals; capric, caprylic and caproic acids.
