Optibac For Women, now called Optibac Intimate Flora For Women, is a specialist friendly bacteria supplement formulated specifically for the vaginal and intimate microbiome. Each capsule provides 2.5 billion live cultures from three extensively researched strains: Lactobacillus paracasei F-19®, Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14® and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1®.

The convenient once-daily capsule is vegan, gluten-free and yeast-free and is suitable for women from 12 years onwards, including during pregnancy, breastfeeding and menopause. The 14-capsule pack provides up to a 14-day supply when taking one capsule daily.

Directions of Use

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food. If desired, the dosage can be increased to 2 capsules daily.
