Optibac Bifidobacteria & Fibre, now known as Optibac Bifido & Fibre, combines a well-researched friendly bacteria strain with a high level of Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) fibre. Each sachet provides 25 billion live microorganisms of Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12® together with 4g of FOS, making it an easy addition to your everyday nutrition.

The simple powder format can be mixed into cool food or drinks and is suitable for vegans, vegetarians and coeliacs, as well as children from 1 year of age. The formula contains no artificial flavourings.

Ingredients
Fructooligosaccharide fibres (FOS 4g); standardised culture (fructose, Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12®). Each sachet guarantees 25 billion live cultures + 4g FOS fibres.

FOS may initially result in flatulence in some people. These effects are temporary and should stop as the body adjusts. If effects continue for 3-4 days, consider reducing the dosage.

Directions of Use

Take 1 sachet daily, preferably with breakfast.

The powder can be mixed into cool, non-acidic food or drinks. If required, the intake may be gradually increased up to 4 sachets per day.
