  • Lactobacillus plantarum – 4 billion CFU
  • Bifidobacterium bifidum – 2 billion CFU
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus – 2 billion CFU
  • Plant Sterols – 400 mg
  • Fructooligosaccharides (FOS)
  • Capsule Shell: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

Other Ingredients: Rice flour, magnesium stearate (vegetable source)

Directions for Use

  • Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably with a meal.
  • Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
