Optibac For Those On Antibiotics is a specialist friendly bacteria supplement formulated specifically for adults and children aged 4+ who are taking a course of antibiotics. Each capsule provides 4.5 billion live microorganisms from three carefully selected strains that have been researched for use alongside antibiotics.
The formula contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus Rosell-11, Bifidobacterium lactis Lafti B94 and Lactobacillus acidophilus/helveticus Rosell-52. It is vegan, dairy-free and suitable for coeliacs, and the convenient 10-capsule pack provides a 10-day supply. The strains can be taken at the same time as antibiotic medication.

Directions of Use
Take 1 capsule daily with food, preferably with breakfast.
It can be taken at the same time as your antibiotics. If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, the capsule can be opened and the contents mixed into a cool, non-acidic food or drink.
