Direction of Use:
Simply fill the small cup (70ml) provided with your bottle of Symprove and take every morning on an empty stomach. Wait 10 minutes (ideally) before eating or drinking then continue with your day as usual. Each cup contains about 10 billion live colony forming units.
How Long Does It Take To Symprove To Work?
Symprove recommend you to use this for at least 12 weeks as it can take time for dietary changes to take effect. British Society of Gastroenterology guidelines also recommend 12 weeks when trying bacteria-based supplements.
