  • Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate / Magnesium Oxide) – 250 mg
  • Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) – 10 µg
  • Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7) – 50 µg
  • Zinc (as Zinc Citrate) – 5 mg
  • Manganese (as Manganese Gluconate) – 2 mg
  • Copper (as Copper Gluconate) – 0.5 mg
  • Boron (as Boron Citrate) – 1 mg
  • Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate (vegetable source)

Directions for Use

  • Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with water, preferably with meals.
