Viridian’s 100% Organic Flaxseed oil (linseed oil) is certified organic by the Soil Association and uses first cold pressed seed only. Naturally high in omega 3, this is an easy, convenient and vegan-friendly way to obtain essential omega oils as part of your daily supplement routine.

Flaxseed is renowned for being the most concentrated plant source of the unsaturated fatty acids alpha linolenic acid (omega 3), linoleic acid (omega 6), and oleic acid (omega 9). Alpha linolenic acid is particularly important as it contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

Directions & Storage
As a food supplement take 1-3 teaspoons daily with food. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children. Once open keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
