Healthy High-Density Lipoproteins are the good cholesterol (HDL Cholesterol) which assists the regulation of the bad cholesterol in the blood. Low-Density Lipoproteins are the bad cholesterol (LDL Cholesterol) and have an affinity in collecting as deposits and build-up in the walls of the arteries.
