From the seed. A winter oil, useful when blended with other essential oils for chest rubs. It has a warm, spicy and liquourice aroma. Use in moderation.

USES:   Blend each recipe to 25ml of base oil.

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM - Helpful for flatulent colic and the gripe-like pains of indigestion.

Digestive Blend:  anise 5drops/rosemary 3 drops/cardamon 3 drops.

URINARY SYSTEM - Promotes the flow of urine.

Urinary Blend :  anise 5 drops/cypress 4 drops/parsley 2 drops.

RESPIRATORY SYSTEM - Very useful for respiratory problems including bronchitis and spasmodic problems such as dry irritable coughs and whooping cough.

Respiratory Blend :  anise 5 drops/myrrh 4 drops/pine 3 drops.

REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM - Calms menstrual cramps.

Reproductive Blend :  anise 5 drops/chamomile roman 4 drops/geranium 2 drops.

EMOTION - Invigorates a tired mind.

Emotion Blend :  anise 5 drops/orange 4 drops/lime 3 drops.
